Manish, as far as i know, there are no such guidelines or rules.
we need to be active and creat awareness.
it should be on us, to do the needful.

we all pwd's are talking all the time about various bills regarding
what our govt should include for the rights about the pwds etc but,
pls i want to know is there any rules/guidelines/legal aspect or
something for people with disability living in a residential
complex...i mean as where the drivers of the car owners should park
their cars when entering the complex apart from their individual
parking lot,about the security what they should do for their pwd's
