I feel that the built-in Hindi TTS is much better than Lekha, as, while
reading, Lekha gives jerks and jolts, whereas NVDA's E-Speak voice is quite
smooth.

Ok, I am not sure then.
Sometime ago I was going to purchase Lekha for NVDA from Saksham.
Therefore I was saying.
Anyways, even I feel that the ESpeak Hindi TTS is great because it
eliminates the need to install a third party software and gives
excellent robotic multi-lingual synthesis.

Hi.
For Hindi text there is a separate speech synthesizer named Lekha for
JAWS. I suggest you to just google it up or search on the Freedom
Scientific official website. Lekha is free to download for JAWS but
needs to be purchased for NVDA.
Alternatively, there is an in-built text to speech engine in NVDA
ESpeak that can read Hindi. Please try NVDA again because naturally it
should work. Otherwise manually change the language from English to
Hindi by the Voice Settings dialog box.
