and finally, move forward according the earlier process.

Dear all,
As hinted in the subject line, I need an answer as to how I can get to the
folder option in windows8.
Up to windows7, this was much easy as we only need to press alt+t+o or go
to the tools menu to get there.
I am at a loss as waht to do to get there in windows8.
Please guide me on this.
