I simply asked for any legal assistance, for which she came out and offered her help. If members use such derogatory language against those persons who are coming forward to help us, who will do so in future? Yes I was also little bit surprised when she wrote that she doesn't agree with my first point! but believe me she opined in a very practical way, these are the arguments which are raised inside the courtroom during argumentation with opposite parties. A lawyer has to take into consideration the arguments which may be raised by opponent. I remember when I was arguing once in Delhi High Court, against UGC in one of my own case, I argued that this condition was never mentioned in application form nor in advertisement, Honorable Justice Kelash Gambhir replied to me that each and every thing can not be written in advertisement! So no personal allegations.
