Dear all,

Greetings from Blind Graduates' Forum of India (BGFI).

With our busy lives and more than crazy schedules, we often forget the most
important aspect of our lives. "Health!" and "Fitness!"- that is what we are
talking about. So join us in our session on 'Be Fit'.

What will we do at 'Be Fit'?

We have invited a sports psychologist and fitness trainer who will address us
on the need and importance of staying fit and giving the due attention to our
body.

but it wont be all talk. In the second half, she will introduce us to
sustainable free hand exercises and this will be an hour long practical
session. Participants are requested to wear comfortable clothing.

Who is the Trainer?

Amruta Deshmukh is a sports psychologist and a fitness trainer. She has won
many awards for swimming, cycling and running at the international level. At
the National Level, she has won over a dozen gold, silver, and bronze medals
for Triathlon (running, swimming, and cycling) and exclusively for cycling as
well. She is a record holder swimmer from " Dharamtar to Gateway of India" and
has broken Anita Sood's record.
