1. Press INSERT+J to open the "JAWS" menu. 2. Expand "Options" sub menu and press ENTER on the item "Basics". 3. Press TAB and move to the combo box which says "Keyboard layout". 4. Hit DOWN ARROW and select "Laptop". 5. Press ENTER to save and close the dialog box.
