Avinash, 1. This sign language broadcast is because of advocacy or lobbying by NAD and NCDEPD. We had heard that this might happen last week when we were in Delhi. 2. The leadership of the Disabled need to be constantly following up otherwise you wont get this or any other result. In the case of the NAD and NCDEPD are very alert and are pushing for more and definitely for more regularity. I will share the correspondence with you as soon as I get it. Its not going to be adhoc or lip service in the future but as you know time will be required for the results. 3. Recently it was brought to my attention that the Deaf prefer to be called Deaf and not challenged either oral or hearing so I changed the subject line.
