good to hear from you.
Currently I am in charge of the Credit Card Division and heading the customer relation section. I am handling a host of things among them handling customers, grievance redressal, quiries of various types relating to the cards, updation of address, accounts, sending statements. I am now looking at being a faculty at Stc of canara bank if provided or head the huge call centre of Canara bank.
