Dear all, I am writing this mail on behalf of my friend who has been selected at a CBSE school here in Kerala.
She has been doing her internship for the past six months and after impressed by her hard work and dedication, the management came forward to convert her internship as proper employment. They are ready to appoint her in any of the departments if she can execute the responsibilities of the same post without any hindrances. Her focus is to get herself engaged with their administration wing. Being a beginner she is having a lot of apprehensions and came to me for any suggestion. Although I assured her my full support, I did not give any valuable inputs to make her busy and happy on her responsibilities. Based on her request to the management, I am invited to sit with them for identifying a suitable post for my friend and giving awareness about persons with vision impairment. Before the meeting, I am putting this forward to the list for a meaningful discussion on the subject.
