Hi this is pretty much a concern for a convenient accessibility in Firefox which often mandates us to negotiate with our certain preferences. Still I use it for almost all my online activities. I was experiencing the similar problem when JAWS 14.0 was installed in my system. Soon after my upgradation to 15.0, the frequency of the issue got dissolved to a great extent. The problem is not with Firefox, rather it's the issue caused by a DLL file of JAWS. I would like to suggest a few things to get rid of the potential factors that attribute for such kind of crashing sessions. First, You may consider upgrading or downgrading your current JAWS version if you are using 14.0. Secondly, install an add-on called Addblock+ which restricts numerous unnecessary pop ups and advertisement contents on the page thereby ensuring a smooth and fast browsing experience. At the same time, remove all unnecessary add-onns, toolbars, etc which may have been installed by the third party softwares without your consent and notice. Thirdly, clear your entire history including search form fields, cookies, site preferences and so on. You may choose to preserve your saved passwords since it does not affect the performance of Firefox. to do so, press Control+ shift+ delete, select clear everything from the "time range to clear" option, then select the components you wish delete and Press Clear now button. that's it. After implementing any such steps, reset your Firefox to its default state which will figure out and eliminate any unknown problems that are out of your comprehension.
