Dear friend's, One of my friend who is a visually challenged who can't hear but is using hearing aid to hear is qualified BA History,MA History and as passed UGC NET. he is fluent in English When he had gone to a Government college to attend the interview for the post of a lecturer he got rejected from the college since he can't hear. Is this a rule that he can't work? If not I would like to know if there is a rule that hearing impaired can work as a lecturer. Also i would like to know what are the measures to be taken for him to work since he is intrusted to work as a lecturer. Hope to hear your ideas soon.
