One simple question...

Why is a visually impaired candidate not given an opportunity to give
his/her exam independently by making the online test accessible and
replacing the visual questions with a set of verbal ones.

Is technology not supportive enough or are we fighting the battle in
the wrong direction giving a opportunity to the free riders to spoil
our case further in the eyes of employers leaving people with vision
impairment weaker rather strengthening them.
