don't ask about talking atms over toll free customer service. i joined nanganallur bank of baroda and used a talking atm available there. but the branch people there have no idea about that ATM and they are not able to educate their customers regarding this.
if the branch itself has no idea means how toll free number people know? check about talking atm and their address in www.talkingatmindia.org. today, i used it as a new user and i was able to change pin and transfer some money very easily. SBI ATMS also should have been developed by same vendors.
