hello, situation on the paper may sound to be very remarkable but the actual picture is still far behind than the reality.because we do not have any major NGO working for the blind except the efforts of NFB running the braille press at bilaspur making production of braille books for school going children. I heard that there is one more organization i.e. NAB at Raipur but its activities have never been came across to my knowledge and while attempting to enquire over the phone with them, don't know for what reasons, phone gets disconnected from their end.
