If the network's good then possibility that there isn't enough space on the drive holding the .PST file on your computer. You may move the .PST file to a different drive with larger space and continue downloading. One more alternative to this is to archive the emails to a different .PST on a different drive with sufficient space and download new emails to the current .PST file.
