Dear All, Note: this email may be relevant to car owners but all are welcome to read for enhancing their knowledge. Last week; I had to renew my car insurance and chose to do business with existing car insurance company "bajaj Allianz" Sales folks encouraged me to go online and renew policy and avail extra discount. I did this but I was initially apphrehensive that I might require sighted assistance for this task but decided to explore venture by myself. I was pleasantly surprise to encounter blind friendly website and illuminated the need for sighted assistance. I also encountered capcha but this capcha unlike traditional capcha asked me a question" what is 10+6? And I was suppose to enter the answer into the text box. I am happy to note that within 5-10 minutes; I renewed my car insurance all by myself. I wish that Airtel, other ecommerce site in India would follow in Bajajallianz footstep and empower all customer with seamless experience.
