I support the view expressed by Ajay, but there are more complex problem in this simple process. Proving old aged/women before the TTE is a matter of fact and any person of general prudence can easily identify the case. But just ticking the box of physically handicapped case and then examination by TTE for the proof is not easy. TTE is not competent authority to investigate into the matter. That's why they want to introduce such e-card system which will be given to the users after verification of their respective certificates.
