I had to fill in ITR7 for my organisation last year. It was a java-based
utility and not at all accessible. I had to take sighted assistance for
filling in. Otherwise I successfully used ITR4S for a friend of mine in
excel. It is not cent percent accessible, but it can be done through trial
and error. The online form is also accessible.

Members,
This question is to all those who are filing their income tax return
independently using the e-filing facility of I.T. Department for the
assessment year 2014-15.
Since the Excel utilities are not available (except for ITR Form-2),
have you been able to use Java based utilities with screen reader?
I do have Java Access Bridge installed and I am running latest Jaws and
NVDA.
If not, then anyone of you have raised your concerns to I.T.
Department in this regard?
