Last year I also tried a lot to get any tactile/brail map, but finally got from 1 trust called learning solution which is in Maharashtra. it contains round about 20 pages and includes map of world, asia, india, Maharashtra etc. as I remember it costs round about 200. I think It can help. otherwise, digital maps are also available in market, which don't give brail explanation and are very much costly.
