Petition has been referred by Delhi High Court to be renotified before regular bench after inclusion of proper parties, it mean court want aggrieved persons as petitioners. In such a situation in my view it has lost its PIL status. But we will work hard when the matter will be again listed for admission and then hearings before regular bench.
