Hello Sir,

I talked to the person concerned regarding your proposal of
introducing SMS service along with the calling facility. The response
is as follows:
"It’s normal call charges as per the operator. It’s neither a toll
free nor a premium call charge Number. The plan is to introduce a toll
free number by the end of this month. Query resolution on incoming
SMS will take 3-4 months or so. However, we will start sharing
important info on outgoing messages by September."

Thanks and kind regards
