Dear friends from legal/banking fraternity I urgently need the judgment delivered by Supreme Court in the matter of Amita, a blind aspirant who was denied an opportunity by Indian Overseas Bank for appearing for an entrance exams for Probationary Officer. Then on her petition Supreme Court ordered Government of India to fulfill the identification of posts at the earliest. This case paved the way for blind to seek employment as Probationary Officers in banks. And If I'm correct dates back to year 2000, when a job of PO was not identified for blind persons. Please help I need this judgment latest by day after tomorrow by 17:00.
