University Grant Commision is inviting application for fellowships for
the M.phil as well as PhD. Those who are persuing course at present
are absolutely eligible to apply. The application has been invited
under different categories. As for as visually challenged is
concerned, there is Rajiv Gandhi National Fellowship for persons with
disability. (RGNFD)
