Dear all, I'm a frequent flyer, and i am beginning to notice the concept of silent airpoerts increasing day by day. its terrible if you are someone with a disability, elderly, or illiterate. if you are at Delhi international airport for example each rest bay has 20 sections with just one display board per bay. this is super inconvinient even if you are able to read the display. The bigger issue here is the blatant disregard of accessibility norms. I'm quite upset and will like to know how did this concept lach on and how come the disability rights groups are silent on the issue? What can be done about it? what does everyone on this list feel? appreciate your thoughts, comments and suggestions on the way forward to change this thoughtless and insensitive concept.
