Vamshi sir

What is more important in this case is that SP a woman as name
suggests 'Sonia'. So she could identify herself with that blind lady.
If SP would have been Man, probably he wouldn't have given such
warning to a lower officer. So above case is an indicative of the
urgent need which calls for police reforms and suggests, rape cases
should be handled by women and men equally...
