Thank you Anna sir for this link

And thank you to The Hindu for giving this treaty this much priority
that they have done an editorial on this historic development. Now
These mainstream English dailies need to highlight the causes why
Braille Presses are non-functional and the difficulties faced by blind
Indians in their academic journey. Then the real momentum could be
built for obtaining more books in Braille. Editorial once again calls
upon the state to enact RPD Bill as the paper has been advocating
since the Bill was introduced. In the past, The Hindu received huge
criticisms from disability rights activists for bringing an editorial
in support of the passage of the Bill at the earliest. Paper is
requested to study the Bill in its toto and then form and editorial
judgment. RPD Bill should and can not be let passed without certain
reforms. Many of our friends have already sacrificed a lot.
