you can file ITR online. it is accessible with jaws. but, before login you
have to type the image capture. I have a strong opinion to file a petition
against govt of india regarding this capture code and full accessibility of
all the websites including private sector service providers like telecom,
electricity, banking etc.
I also can not understand why these people are stucked with java.

Subject: [AI] Inaccessible Java based ITR forms
Hi,
Income tax department has released Java based income tax return forms that
are completely inaccessible with JAWS. Excel version was partially
accessible but it is still not available for ITR 4. For other ITRs excel
version of forms was recently released.
I want to chek on the following points.
1. Has anyone already taken up this issue with the income tax department?
2. Does anyone know the concerned person(s) or department within IT
department that can be contacted for this?
I have already inquired several times on the e-filing helpline number.
Of course, the matter can be reported to CCPD but for now I am looking for
the concerned people or team in the income tax department.
Thanks.
Alok
