Dear Anjina, > My son goes to regular school and also reads and writes braille
Yes, I see. Then I will give you one additional and alternative method to lea rn Japanese using Braille. This is easy way in one aspect, but not easy in another aspect, because it is depend on the environment of Japanese Braille learning of your son. So it may be just infomation. Learning Braille system of Japanese is not difficult task in generally speakin g, but it ddepends on the learning environment. I am long staying at NIVH in Dehradun. So your family happen to be living clos e to me, then you have certain possibility, but it is very nallow chance in th is vast country. It is an aside story. I was born and educated as fully sighted, but I lost my sight at 22 by accident, and I learnt Braille. After working for governmental agency in Japan, Now I am retired blind man and dedicating new life in India t o support young visually impaired students at NIVH and BPA, Ahmedabad.
