Hi,

I believe accesstechnologyinstitute.com has a textbook on PowerPoint that
may help but it is pricy. I teach a course on Microsoft Office at CAVI
(http://www.cavitraining.com) in which I cover making slides. Course
documentation is available.

You get plenty of tutorials on making slides but they are for sighted users.
You need to adapt them for your needs.

Pranav
