hai madam, there is a line saying another candidate should not be a
scribe. it includes bankers also who should have gone through these
exams and get job. so according to rules, bankers and other candidates
should not be brought as scribe.
but cheating is posible also and decision is ours to cheat or not. but
the spirit behind that line is existing bank employees and other
candidates should not be the scribe.
