Friends, I came to know from a friend of mine that Indian railway is planning to bring about some change in the structure of the railway concession certificate used by the visually impaired. there is an attempt to integrate the concessions and the present pass will be exhausted by September. Please share details regarding the same in this group, if anybody know more. regards
