it depends a bit on which version of Firefox and internet download manager you are using at present. if you are using Firefox version 31.0 or higher and any earlier version of internet download manager prior to 6.19, the extension called IDM CC that is used to perform the browser integration will be incompatible with Firefox. If you are using IDM 6.20 or higher, you can integrate it with Firefox version 31.0 or 32.0 )Beta Version). Hence, make sure you are using the appropriate versions of both application, and initiate the following simple steps to get over with this issue. First, perform the uninstallation of IDM, and then reinstall the application. Please close all web browsers before starting the installation. You will hear a message stating that IDM has been successfully integrated to Firefox. restart your browser for the changes to take effect.
