Hi, There is no specific circular as per my knowledge. But blinds are allowed not to attempt pictorial and visual questions as well as tabular questions. There was a instruction in the scribe declaration form in the SBI PO exam. This will be also in the IBPS and RRBS. You should subscribe VIB group for banking related queries. What study material and teaching facilities are provided by indian school of banking? Please tell me.
