Hi Pooja,
Accessibility is needed at the level of the tool that is used to write the code and not the programming technology itself.

I have developed several projects on ASP.Net. Most ASP.Net developers use Visual Studio to create ASP.Net applications, and I have heard that it is accessible. However, by choice I am not using it. I use a simple text editor called 'vim', which is a windows equivalent of unix based vi editor.

Any text editor that you are comfortable with can be used to write programs.

If one is not using Visual Studio then command line compilation can be used for ASP.Net code. Compiler executable is 'aspnet_compile' and located under the bin folder of .Net framework installation.

If you have any specific questions then you can write to me on my email id [email protected].

Thanks.
Alok
