Recently, the Bureau of Printing and Engraving in the United States
came up with an app called EyeNote that allows the user to place the
note in any configuration, and reads out the denomination. Apparently,
there is another technology called LookTell money reader. While I
realize that these cannot be the only solutions as they will be
restricted to a few people, technological solutions such as these
could supplement other suggested solutions such as notes with
different sizes and shapes of edges.
