hi, Be clear first: What do you want? 1. just sort a single column. 2. Sort multiple column first one then other then other etc. 3. Order of sorting ascending or descending. 4. Does the sheet contain the column title at the top or not? Based on these cases, do: 1. select any cell (better row one but not compulsory!) of that column which you want to sort. In case of multiple column sorting, select the first column of first order. 2. press alt+h s. (home menu and then sort and filter submenu. now, if single column: choose from smaller to larger or Larger to smaller as per your need. If multiple column: select customize and define the order of column, sorting order, contains title or not etc. Remember that: If the value of a column are sorted, all the rest values of the same row of rest column will be automatically rearranged.
