I came to know that new rail concession performa has been issued for the benefit of the rail concessions for the all disabled persons what extent it is true. in the previous performa visually impaired persons avail the concession ticket both with the with out escort and also with escort. Not like ortheapedical handicapped but now what is the situation please share the details if any one have the information regarding this.
