Smiling face, open to new learnings, ready to work all the time no matter it is your job or not, if you can do it, just go ahead. Ask if you dont understand something, make friends, care for others at the work place, lend a helping hand to all, address everyone with deep respect no matter if the person is a housekeeper or your CEO. Ignore small silly remarks directed towards you. If there is anything that hurts you, go up to the person who is responsible and let him/her know in a polite and kind manner. Answer questions about your way of working, let people know how you do your work despite your visual impairment. Dont ask for favors just because you have a disability, be happy and keep educating yourself about your organization, encourage other people and just be a great person that you are. No one out there is actually there to do you out! Everyone is trying to hold on to her/his job! And finally remember no matter who does what, you just go on doing your very best for your company!
