I am facing a strange problem in jaws dongle. Despite the fact, the dongle is inserted in USB Port; jaws runs in demo mode for 40 minutes. Interestingly, when I go to dongle viewer to run the file sent by freedom scientific, message appears that: Dongle Authorization There are no options enabled.
