Dear sheik, I opened IRCTC.CO.IN and tried this tool. the I run OCR on
that png file with the maximised window and got following result.
this result come on both command w and s.
however, I could not solve the captcha.

Here i'm sending you a tool which can take snapshot of your computer
screen just in a keystroke and which can be accessed using the
freedomscientific convenient OCR. kindly test it and get back here.
note: just extract this archive which is just 500 some KB and windows
seven and eight users have to execute this file solona install.exe as
an administrator. once it is installed, just locate the screen where
captcha is found no matter what ever browser you use and simply pres
ctrl+shift+s and you will hear a capture sound. note: that file will
be saved in the name of "11.png" in your c drive. just open that file
and perform jaws's convenient OCR by pressing the insert+space bar, o
and then S. note: before you can perform OCR just make it to "fit to
window or actual size for accuracy.
