Respected sirs, first of all, I feel extremely sorry for breaking the rule
of access India mailing list, yes I know that "thanks" messages are strictly
prohibited in the mailing list. The reason behind this mail is that I also
wanted to know the few things regarding programming or computer science. .

Ok, thanks a tonne mam, I'll definitely try to approach my teacher to
install the oracle software on my system. . Any ways, my last question is
that is there any mailing list, facebook groups or website which servs the
purpose of programming discussion specially for the blind programmer? If it
is exist, then it is my humble request to the list that please please
provide me the link for such sites, as I wanted to join this site.

Awaiting your positive response.

Your raju.

its better to try it using oracle because many things like pl/sql etc
can be done efficiently by oracle.
just try re-installing the software.
ask your Friends or teachers to install it for you.
there are few settings that are to be done while installing.
I remember my teacher giving instructions to install the software.
unfortunately I don't remember the settings now.
