invites applications/ nominations for

Visiting Professorial Fellow

Applications are invited from scholars from social science discipline
working in the field of law and governance. The Centre is especially
interested in eliciting recent work in the following areas: critical
governance studies; law and governmentality; socio-economic rights;
law, violence and justice; sexual citizenship, insurrectory
constitutionalisms; law and social movements; environmental law;
visual cultures of law.



The Centre expects the visiting Professorial Fellow to contribute to
its academic programmes and produce a quality research paper which the
Centre will publish under its Working Papers series. The fellows are
however free to later publish the same work elsewhere with due
acknowledgement to the Centre and the fellowship.



Duration: Up to two years, with a minimum tenure of 3 months.

Fellowship: The fellowship will comprise of a fixed monthly honorarium
of Rs. 90,000 and return travel costs (national/ international), with
adequate office facilities. For more details of the Centre's research
