Go to page range box on the print dialogue box. All should be the default
choice. Use down arrow and you should reach the edit field for page numbers.
Enter 6,13,39 and hit enter for ok button.
For selected pages use comma, for range, such page 12 to 22, use hyphen. For
example, if you want to print pages, 2 and 4 and pages 7 to 9, you should
enter 2,4,7-9.
