Hi,
With me also in Windows Live Mail, Since many months now, mails directed to
AI and Mobile.AI list by some of the members are regularly going in to Spam
folder even though I've marked them 'Safe'. What I do now is that I check my
spam folder daily and move the mails for AI and Mobile.AI to their
respective folders.

It is very difficult for any one of us to say, why, this particular mail
went to the junk folder.
It would have happend because of some keyword which GMail as defined to
moved to the junk folder.
What we can do at our end, is to periodically check the junk folder and mark
it to be unjunk, this will reset and bring it back to the regular in-box
henceforth.
You cannot do anything at your end to prevent mails going to the junk
folder like this.
