Yes, they had braille labeling and braille ballot here in Nagpur. However, the glitch was in the labels. After 16, again next row began with 1. So, how to know which is original 1 for 1 and which is 1 for 17 and so on? My wife had to clarify. I brought it to their notice, labeling defeated purpose of independent voting..
