It does not requires any telephone connection. A cable can be connected to the computer for internet. For VY FY connection, you will have to buy a good company's router, and that router will be connected to the cable of VY mex. In this way you will get vy fy connection of BSNL. As far as prices of data packages are concerned, then have no idea of that; as I myself am applying for the same. But I heared from someone in the BSNL office that, it is higher then broadband. In broadband you will need telephone connection for sure. The rest I will be able to inform only after getting the connection. Thank you.
