1 The screen reader for Windows Phone is Narrator whic is built in. 2 You should subscribe to mobile.accessindia in order to receive more responses and to abide to the list guidelines. 3 Generally, Windows Phone isn't that popular and well reputed in terms of accessibility. 4 If you do not have any specific reason to purchase a device running Windows Phone, you should go for Android instead.
