I appreciate the participatory efforts undertaken by the giant NFB
which has been fighting for the rights of blind people for decades. It
was lamentable in the past that NFB was missing from ever-burgeoning
disability discussion on websites in India. Regular interaction
between benefactor and the beneficiaries is a solid and desired
governance formula.
