Actually, she should have written exams with her own scribe since beginning.
It is never a good idea to request for the scribe, even though MSJE guidelines
do provide for it.

Anyway, since she requested for one, and since competent scribe to write
accounts paper was not provided, I think she should fight for re-examination.

With thanks and regards

Subject: [AI] suggestion required

Hi all
I need your views and valuable suggestions on following issue.
One of my friends is studying B.Com ( computers ) final year in
Osmania university Hyderabad. she attended exams. she was provided
a scribe who is from science streem. while writing accounting
paper she explained accounts to scribe. but scribe could not
understand and refused to do accounting problems in exam. she
requested examination authorities to change scribe for her. but
they didn't change. she didn't write her exam as most of the paper
contains accounting section. after that exam she went to
examination body of Osmania university.and she narrated this
incident. they allowed own scribe to write remaining exams.
because of that exam she is going to lose one year.
    can she request for reexamination?
how can she be without loosing one year?
How can she claim compensation?
she studies well.
what she can do ?
