Dear all, I generally download YouTube video using clipconvertr.cc After inserting the video link and choosing the video file format, quality and other stuff, after the conversion is successfully completed, I generally hit Enter on the Download button. Sometimes clipconverter.cc gives me an executable to install, which I generally say no to, and again press Enter on the same Download button, and get the actual MP3 file to download, which I happily download. However, right now, accidentally I downloaded the application .exe file, and once it got downloaded and I realized that I had got a wrong (and perhaps malicious) file, I attempted to delete it, where AVG asked whether I would like it to protect me, and I said yes, protect me. It removed the threat successfully. Now, that I retried the Download button on clipconverter.cc no Firefox prompt came up whether I would like to download anything. I tried multiple times to download a video with clipconverter.cc, but sadly, the Download button just didn't display any download prompt, and i simply can't download anything from clipconverter.cc I tried another website, where the download prompt from Firefox did show up. I haven't tried another web browser, to see if AVG (2014) would allow me to download with that web browser from clipconverter.cc, because I believe, that there should be a simple fix in AVG, to tell it not to protect me from clipconverter.cc downloads, or something similar.
